Hardcover. 540pp. Full leather, gilt lettering and gilt City of Hartford seal, folding map of Hartford in rear, photos and folding diagrams. Covers edgeworn and scuffed, partial label removal from lower front cover has left leather abrasion. Contents are mildly age-darkened and one page is edgeworn and a couple of short tears. Folding map is clean but has several tears with archival tape repair. The contents are overall quite sound. Government officials, department reports, municipal statistics. Good/No Jacket.
